Samuel T. Belli Sr.

I’m originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and my family and I made the move to Charleston in September 2025 to enjoy a slower pace of life and the southern charm the Lowcountry is known for. My wife Veronica and I are raising our three boys, along with our two Labs who think they run the house.

Before joining Transform Charleston, I spent more than a decade in construction, specializing in roofing, siding, framing, and finish carpentry. My time in the U.S. Marine Corps taught me discipline, teamwork, and accountability-values that still guide the way I approach quality and leadership every day.

What really drew me to Transform Charleston was the culture. It’s a team that truly cares about craftsmanship, integrity, and people. I take a lot of pride in helping ensure every project reflects that commitment to excellence.

When I’m not on the job, you’ll find me spending time with my family and dogs, golfing, exploring local history, and enjoying life in the South.
