Rivertowne Country Club Shingle & TPO Roof Installation

We loved the opportunity to complete a full commercial roof installation at Rivertowne Country Club. This project was focused entirely on replacing and upgrading the building’s roofing system to improve long-term durability, weather resistance, and overall performance in a coastal environment. The pitched sections of the structure were installed using Atlas Pinnacle Pristine 50-Year Shingles, providing a strong, high-wind rated commercial-grade shingle system with excellent algae resistance and a clean architectural finish. For the flat roof areas, we installed a Mule-Hide TPO roofing system, delivering a seamless, heat-reflective membrane designed for commercial waterproofing, energy efficiency, and reliable drainage performance.

From start to finish, the focus was on proper execution of a complete commercial roofing system in Mount Pleasant, SC. The existing roof was fully removed, and the decking was inspected and prepared to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. Our team followed manufacturer specifications closely during both the shingle installation and the TPO flat roof application to ensure proper fastening, sealing, and long-term performance.
