A residence in Old Village, Mount Pleasant received a full custom exterior transformation completed by our team, featuring a blend of premium materials and detailed craftsmanship throughout the project.

The scope of work included the installation of CertainTeed shake siding, paired with Marvin Elevate windows, delivering a refined balance of durability, energy efficiency, and elevated architectural style. To complete the exterior envelope, we also installed new soffit and fascia systems, improving both ventilation and overall finish detail.

In addition, a custom porch addition was constructed and finished with cedar porch soffit installation, creating a clean, modern ceiling system designed for long-term performance in coastal conditions.

The combination of upgraded siding, high-performance windows, structural enhancements, and refined exterior finishes resulted in a fully refreshed home exterior.
