My name is Ashley Bauer, and I am the Chief Financial Officer & Process Optimization Specialist at Transform Charleston Roofing, Siding, Gutters & Custom Exteriors. After earning my MBA from Marshall University, I spent four years in the construction industry refining processes for efficiency and risk management. Although I was progressing in my career, I felt unfulfilled and began dreaming of building a team that supported each other in achieving not just work goals, but personal growth as well. This led me to partner with my husband, Brent Bauer, to found Transform Charleston. Our company is dedicated to elevating exteriors and transforming lives through a strong company culture, focusing on self-development and teamwork.
